Cancellation Policy
Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Therefore, we respectfully request that you give us at least a 2-day (48 hours) advance notice for any cancellation or appointment change. The deposit is refundable with 2-day (48 hours) notice of cancellation/rescheduling. However, processing fee of 4.5% is still applicable when requesting for a refund. Cancellations/reschedules with less than a 48-hours notice will forfeit the deposit. Additional deposit is required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 2-day (48 hours) notice. If you cancel your appointment less than 1 day (24 hours) prior to the allotted time, you will be charged 50% of the total value of your appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
